We’d seen benefits scattered across PDFs and documents, with little explanation of where to find them or what to do next. Employees had to go looking for information that should have been easy to find.
When we looked into it further, we found the same problem elsewhere. Some companies had benefits their people barely knew about. Others offered very little, or nothing at all.
That’s why we started NicePerks. We want to help businesses make the most of what they already offer, build on it, and give employees one familiar place to use it.
Our mission is to make workplace benefits easier to access and help businesses make appreciation part of everyday working life.
That means helping companies that want to offer more, and helping employees understand and enjoy what’s already available to them.
WHAT WE’RE WORKING TOWARD
We want a worthwhile benefits program to be within reach for businesses that don’t have a large HR team or an established program.
We want employees to know what their company offers from their first day, with clear information they can return to whenever they need it.
We want good work to be noticed more often, and employees to have more opportunities to share what would make their experience better.
