Terms and Conditions
Using NicePerks, your account, and your workplace benefits.
Draft for review · Not yet in effect1. About these terms
These terms describe the proposed rules for using the NicePerks website and workplace platform. NicePerks lets participating employers offer perks, rewards, recognition, and feedback tools to their employees. Any separate agreement between NicePerks and an employer may include additional terms for that employer’s service.
2. Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. Only access an account you are authorized to use. If you manage a company workspace, only invite people and upload information you have permission to include.
Employee access depends on enrollment by a participating employer. Your employer manages your eligibility and the benefits available through its workspace.
3. Perks, points, and rewards
Check each offer’s eligibility, availability, expiry date, and redemption instructions before using it. Employers manage their own reward catalog, points awards, and approval process. A reward request may need approval before it can be collected.
Questions about a points balance, reward request, or workplace benefit should go to your employer’s NicePerks administrator. A third-party offer may have separate terms set by the business providing it.
4. Using NicePerks responsibly
Do not use NicePerks to harass others, share unlawful material, impersonate someone, manipulate points or reward requests, or gain access to another person’s information. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to bypass its access controls.
You are responsible for the information and content you submit. Only upload material you have the right to share, and avoid including another person’s private information without permission.
5. Workplace feedback
Read the feedback mode shown on each survey before responding. Named feedback is associated with your account and can be read by authorized employer users. Confidential surveys use grouped reporting with a minimum response threshold.
NicePerks supports workplace communication. Your employer remains responsible for its employment decisions and how it responds to feedback.
6. Turnover calculator
The turnover calculator estimates costs from the figures you enter. Its results depend on those figures and the assumptions you choose. They do not predict future turnover or guarantee savings from using NicePerks.
Check the estimate against your records before using it to make a business decision.
7. Account access and availability
Employers can change employee access when eligibility or employment changes. NicePerks may restrict access to address misuse or protect accounts. Service interruptions can occur during maintenance or when technical problems arise.
The treatment of outstanding points and reward requests when access ends must be confirmed in the final terms and the employer’s program rules.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes information used by NicePerks and account controls. Your employer may also have its own employee privacy notice.
Before publication
Confirm the operating company’s legal name, address, and contact details; applicable law and dispute process; employer fees and cancellation terms; points ownership, expiry, and treatment after departure; content permissions; liability provisions; and how changes to these terms will be communicated. Add an effective date after legal review.
